  • How will my order be shipped?
    I take great care in packaging all orders to ensure their safe arrival. Prints up to A3' size are packaged in protective cellophane sleeves and shipped flat in reinforced cardboard packages. Larger A2' prints are placed in protective sleeves, rolled and mailed in reinforced cardboard tubes. If your purchase contains prints of different sizes, including an A2' print, your entire order will be shipped together in a reinforced cardboard tube. I always package orders in the most sustainable way possible, using only fully-recyclable materials, and with as minimum plastic items as possible. Original art may be packaged with reused plastics such as bubble wrap for extra security.
  • How do I track the status of my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number allows you to follow the progress of your shipment through the courier company's website as well as your local postal services (e.g. USPS). *Please note the shipping confirmation email is sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folders and any old email addresses you may have used at checkout without noticing.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    All orders are typically shipped within a few days of your purchase. During peak periods, such as shop updates and the holiday season, shipping may take slightly longer. If you need to receive your order by a specific date please don't hesitate to contact me at hello@theheadlessketcher.com
  • Duty and Customs Fees Notice!
    Please take into consideration that international orders may be subject to import/customs taxes and/or fees upon arrival, which vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. The package containing your order is always shipped with the required customs form label required by the courier company for international shipments. Outside the EU, this label states the contents and purchase price of your order.
  • How long does shipping take?
    The time it takes for your order to reach you depends on your location. Here is an estimated detailed shipping time: Europe: 1 to 2 weeks USA and Canada: 2 to 3 weeks Australia and New Zealand: 4 weeks Rest of the World: 4 weeks
  • How can I return an order and receive a refund?
    Please note that if you are returning an undamaged product because you are unsatisfied with it you will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item(s). In this case, shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over 45€, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. If you return an item(s) and it never arrives to me, I won't be able to offer you a refund. I also won't be able to offer you a refund if the product arrives back to me damaged. In this case, you would have to try and claim back the shipping cost from the postal service you used. An additional shipping fee may apply when dealing with an exchange. Because of their extremely fragile nature, original and custom drawings may not be returned.
  • What is your return and refund policy?
    The return and refund policy extends for 30 days from the date your purchase is shipped. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase is required, but if you have ordered through the website, your full name and date of purchase will be enough information for me to find it. If you wish to return/exchange your item(s), please contact me at hello@theheadlessketcher.com and I will provide you with the address where to send your return/exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you a new email letting you know that I have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be credited automatically through the same payment method you used.
  • What happens if my order is damaged or incorrect when I receive it?
    If your order arrives in poor condition, let me know about it as soon as possible at hello@theheadlessketcher.com and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. If the product was damaged during shipping please include some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase, as I will need them to file an insurance claim and replace or refund your order. Please note it is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up their package from their local postal carrier if you're not at home when they attempt to deliver it. Unfortunately, I won't be able to provide a refund or replacement if you fail to collect your package in time and it is returned to me.
